We seek a candidate with proven experience in the **comprehensive management of building construction projects**, capable of leading both residential and non-residential projects while ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Full management and supervision of construction projects from commencement through to handover. * Technical and economic planning, organization, and monitoring of the project. * Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors. * Control of **certifications, measurements, and costs**. * Liaison with technical management, clients, and suppliers. * Quality control, safety management, and regulatory compliance. * Resolution of technical and organizational issues arising on site. * Periodic reporting to senior management. Requirements * Education: **Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent**. * Minimum of **5 years’ experience as a Building Site Manager in construction projects**. * Experience in **residential and/or non-residential projects**. * Solid technical and regulatory knowledge in building construction. * Proficiency in construction management software (**Presto, AutoCAD, Excel**). * Leadership, planning, and decision-making capabilities. * Results-oriented profile with strong focus on construction quality. * Valid Class B driving license.
