Do you have experience in renovations and want to join a growing company? **This is your opportunity!** We are looking for a **Senior Site Manager** with proven track record in hotel renovation projects to join our team. You will be responsible for coordinating key construction projects across the Canary Islands, working autonomously, with impact, and surrounded by a professional and committed team. **Your main responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise all stages of construction projects, from initiation to completion. * Manage and lead on-site workers, ensuring deadlines and work quality are met. * Collaborate with design and architecture teams to ensure accurate interpretation of blueprints and technical specifications. * Continuously monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations arising during the process. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations on site. * Coordinate the hiring and management of suppliers and subcontractors. * Ability to adapt to changes and project evolution, as well as different cultures and management styles, especially within a diverse hotel environment. * Maintain clear communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status. ### **Requirements** * University degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering. * Proven experience of more than 5 years managing hotel renovation projects, including restorations and remodeling of public and private spaces such as guest rooms, restaurants, and facilities. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (although not mandatory). * Availability to travel between islands. * Solid knowledge of construction regulations and standards within the hotel industry. * Leadership skills and ability to manage work teams. * Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Detail-oriented with efficient problem-solving capabilities. * Proficiency in project management tools and software. ### **Benefits** * Competitive salary aligned with your experience and skills. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Collaborative and stimulating work environment. * Challenging and varied projects within the region.
