Head Chef position in Los Alcázares (Murcia). We are seeking a person to organize and supervise the entire kitchen team, coordinating various stations and services. Daily responsibilities include monitoring food quality, service timing, inventory levels and orders, as well as managing waste. You will also be responsible for supervising hygiene standards in the kitchen area and supporting events and group services when required. Professional training in cooking and gastronomy is required, along with a food handler certificate. Prior experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef is essential. Additionally, fluent Spanish is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage. This is a permanent, full-time employment contract, with working days from Tuesday to Sunday.
