You will be responsible for managing and controlling the execution of the assigned site. Your mission will be to ensure that all company procedures are followed, adhering to the schedule to complete the project within the established timeframe and budget, always guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction. **What will be your main duties and responsibilities?** * Supervise on-site execution and quality of work. * Budget compliance and site planning. * Monthly site closure for cost control. * Certifications, production, and forecasting of monthly certifications. * Manage procurement and invoice approvals. * Meetings with Technical Management and Property Owners. * Coordinate final settlement and price review upon project completion. * You will report to the Group Manager and Delegate. * Compliance with the Health & Safety Plan and Quality and Environmental Plans. REQUIREMENTS **What qualifications are required for this position?** * **Education:** Technical or Senior Architect, Civil Engineer (Roads, Ports and Canals). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as Site Manager or 4 years as Assistant Site Manager in residential building projects. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Presto, and AutoCAD.
