Let us tell you more in detail! **What we offer** * Participation in **cutting-edge technological projects**. * Integration into an **innovative unit** with a strong focus on digitalization and collaborative management. * A flat organizational structure where **your work has real impact**. * Continuous training in digital management tools and methodologies. * **Competitive compensation package** (daily allowances, company vehicle, private health insurance). **Main responsibilities** \- Manage the human and material resources required for project execution, proposing necessary hiring or subcontracting. \- Be responsible for technical, economic, health and safety, environmental, and quality management of the project. \- Plan the project with regard to time, quality, and cost. \- Supervise and monitor the project until completion. \- Coordinate with the client during construction, holding meetings to analyze potential deviations or improvements. **Requirements** \- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills: we value approachable, collaborative individuals with excellent communication skills. \- Experience: at least 3\-5 years in similar roles. \- Technical education: Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent. \- Proficiency in tools: MS Project, Presto, Excel, AutoCAD, and Office suite. \- Organized and solution-oriented profile: capable of coordinating technical, economic, and administrative aspects. \- Energy and leadership: to tackle challenges and motivate your team. Salary: €35,000.00\-€60,000.00 per year Experience: * Industrial or logistics construction: 2 years (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
