IT Technician

At Grup Tramuntana, we are seeking to hire a versatile, proactive, and adaptable IT professional to provide support in both process development and automation, as well as in the management and maintenance of the Group’s IT systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Act according to instructions from the area manager. * Receive and log user requests and/or incidents via phone, email, or in person, ensuring efficient resolution. * Develop solutions for issues reported by users. * Identify and resolve hardware- and software-related incidents. * Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. * Ensure proper operation of the Group’s IT infrastructure and network. * Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks. * Collaborate with other IT team members to improve problem-resolution efficiency. * Document incidents and their resolutions. * Develop and maintain internal tools and automations. * Data exploitation and analysis using Power BI and other reporting tools. * Participate in integrations, process improvements, and cross-departmental technological support. PROFESSIONAL PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE: * Minimum education: High school diploma and/or vocational training degree (CFGS) or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. * Minimum one year of prior experience in a similar role. * General knowledge of computing, systems, networks, and technical support. * Knowledge of the following will be considered an asset: Business Central (BC), Power BI, SQL, PowerShell, programming and process automation, Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructures. * Analytical ability, autonomy, and problem-solving orientation. * Strong communication skills and ease of interaction with internal users. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Mobility between the Group’s various locations (within a 25 km radius). * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
