Founded at the end of the 1990s based on SAMCA Group’s entrepreneurial vision, Novapet emerged into Spain’s then-nascent PET market. **YOUR MISSION** * Equipment Maintenance: Installation, updating, and repair of operating systems and computer equipment. * Technical Support: Direct assistance to users in resolving hardware, software, and connectivity incidents; escalating to other Systems departments when necessary. * Collaborate with other areas of the Systems team on tasks such as troubleshooting network or on-site server incidents. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU** * Higher Vocational Training Degree in ASIR (Network Systems Administration) or equivalent. Experience will be valued. * General knowledge of hardware and microcomputer equipment. * Basic administration skills for Microsoft Windows environments and TCP/IP networks. * Experience using and supporting Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, etc.). * Teamwork ability and communication skills, incident management.
