**IT and Systems Support Technician** **About Us European Digital Stores (EDS) is a technology group headquartered in Las Rozas de Madrid. We provide services to several group companies and develop our own platforms.** **We are seeking to immediately hire the person who will handle office IT support and day-to-day system operations.** **What will you do in this role?** **You will be the technical point of contact for the office. Your day combines end-user support with real systems and infrastructure tasks.** · **Equipment preparation, configuration, and installation: onboarding workstations for new hires and formatting/retiring devices upon departures.** · **User support and incident resolution for office staff: operating systems, office software, access rights, connectivity, printers, antivirus, and malware.** · **Printer, local network, router, and connectivity configuration.** · **Creation and support of corporate accounts and tools (email, SaaS platforms, password manager).** · **Monitoring of our fleet of Linux VPS servers and incident response: service availability, disk space, Docker containers, certificates, and renewals.** · **Domain, hosting, DNS, certificate management, and expiration tracking.** · **Hardware, software, and license inventory and control.** · **Management of the ticket queue in our internal support portal.** **What are we looking for?** **A solution-oriented, organized, and practical individual who feels equally comfortable supporting the colleague next to them and accessing a server via SSH. Someone autonomous: here, no manual is handed down for every task — you investigate and resolve independently.** **Requirements** · **Proven experience in IT support and microcomputer support. Windows at workstation administration level; networks, printers, and device configuration.** · **Command-line Linux proficiency and experience — even basic or intermediate — with VPS servers.** · **Knowledge of domains, DNS, hosting, and SSL certificates. Ability to prioritize incidents and respond promptly.** · **Fluent Spanish. Docker and container knowledge is a plus. Mail servers (Mailcow, Postfix), SPF/DKIM/DMARC. Microsoft 365 and mailbox migrations.** · **Workstation lifecycle management: onboarding, offboarding, inventory, security.** **What do we offer?** · **Stable and immediate incorporation.** · **100% onsite position in Las Rozas de Madrid.** · **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM\.** · **Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.** · **An environment where you’ll handle everything: from setting up a workstation to administering production servers.** Salary: Starting from €24,000.00 per year Work location: Onsite employment
