We work with the leading industrial and energy companies in the country, participating across the entire engineering value chain—from research and design phases, technology selection, project finance, permitting, procurement, to construction support and project commissioning. **What we are looking for** We are seeking a Senior Engineer with solid experience in piping system design and management for technically challenging projects in industries such as Oil \& Gas, energy, chemical, or heavy industry. We are looking for a professional who combines technical expertise in piping design, material selection, and regulatory compliance with practical skills to lead multidisciplinary project execution and ensure efficient, safe solutions aligned with international standards. **Responsibilities:** * Create detailed technical specifications for materials, diameters, and accessories (valves, flanges, supports, etc.). * Prepare data sheets and technical requirements for material procurement. * Ensure compliance with regulations such as ASME, ASTM, API, etc. * Carry out and coordinate equipment, valve, and instrument installations, and perform piping arrangements according to layout and PFDs or P\&IDs, ensuring accessibility and safety for operation and maintenance. * Coordinate and develop the 3D modeling process, defining and inputting piping specifications into the software. * Define piping routes in coordination with other disciplines, identifying interferences and resolving conflicts between different systems, structures, equipment, etc. * Generate isometric drawings, layouts, and construction diagrams from the 3D model. ### **Minimum Requirements** * Degree in Engineering with specialization in Mechanical, Chemical, or related fields. * 5 to 10 years of experience working in piping and materials teams on Oil \& Gas, chemical, power generation, or heavy industry projects in general. * Specific experience in piping design, material selection, and creation of technical specifications (materials, valves, supports, anti-corrosion systems). * Proficiency in industry-specific standards such as ASME B31\.3, API 650, and ASTM. * Advanced knowledge of 3D piping design software: AutoCAD Plant 3D, SmartPlant 3D, or PDMS/E3D. * Advanced knowledge of pipe stress analysis software. **Valued Competencies** * Advanced level of technical English (other languages are a plus). * Ability to manage and coordinate teams in dynamic environments and high-demand projects. * Effective communication skills in multicultural environments. * Ability to identify and resolve interferences and conflicts in 3D models and provide solutions. * Experience interacting with clients and suppliers. * Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. * Experience with calculation software from other related disciplines will be valued. **Why Join Us?** * Innovation and Leadership: Be part of a company at the forefront of sustainable solutions and highly complex technical projects. * Real Impact: Work on projects transforming the industry and contributing to a more sustainable future. * Professional Growth: Development and advancement opportunities in an environment that values initiative and talent. * Quality of Life: Located in regions with excellent quality of life, we offer an environment that supports work-life balance. * Unique Corporate Culture: Enjoy the benefits of a family-owned company with the reach and resources of a major engineering firm. **Anything else?** At Tresca, we are committed to building a work environment where every individual is treated with respect and dignity, supporting our team’s professional growth.
