This position focuses on fundamental operations within an industrial rabbit dismemberment room dedicated to rabbit processing. Key responsibilities include precise execution of dismemberment tasks, ensuring strict adherence to established quality and hygiene protocols. Subsequently, final products are packaged and prepared for distribution and sale. In addition, the role involves logistical support tasks such as assembling packaging boxes required for storage and transportation. Integral to the role is managing waste generated during production, including proper collection and disposal of waste to maintain a clean and safe working environment. This role is essential to sustaining continuous production line flow, requiring attention to detail and strict compliance with food safety regulations at all times. The work environment is dynamic and operates on a continuous shift schedule, demanding daily organization and efficiency in task execution. The operator's contribution is critical to maintaining final product quality standards and overall departmental operational efficiency. The offered contract is temporary, with an initial duration of three months. The gross annual remuneration is set at twenty thousand five hundred euros. Working hours are Monday through Friday on a continuous shift, comprising eight daily hours from 6:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. This schedule includes two rest periods distributed throughout the shift. It is mandatory to hold an official disability certificate indicating a disability degree equal to or greater than thirty-three percent. Additionally, a valid and current food handler certificate is required. A personal vehicle is required for commuting to the company facilities. No specific formal education is required for this position.
