We are seeking personnel with proven experience operating industrial packaging machinery to reinforce the production team in Madrid. The work is primarily scheduled during the afternoon shift, although initial training will take place during the morning shift. This allows thorough understanding of machine operation and familiarity with all work processes. Daily tasks include operating and supervising packaging machines to ensure proper and efficient functioning. Collaboration on other tasks within the production line is also required. Compliance with quality and safety standards is mandatory, and teamwork is essential. Attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to learn quickly to adapt to the daily pace are highly valued. This is a full-time, temporary position. Proven prior experience operating industrial packaging machines. Availability to work the afternoon shift. Prior experience in food production or similar environments is considered a plus. Responsibility, attention to detail, and strong learning capability are required.
