We are looking for a versatile, solution-oriented individual with strong practical aptitude—the kind of person who can find solutions to any issue that arises. A solid foundation in industrial maintenance mechanics is essential; knowledge of electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics will also be valued. What will your responsibilities be? Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electromechanical failures. Adjust, assemble, and replace components. Resolve daily incidents at the production plant. Propose improvements to optimize equipment performance. Support the production team and coordinate\-with other departments. Progressively assume greater responsibilities, with the possibility of leading the maintenance department in approximately one year. What are we looking for? Training in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. Prior experience in industrial maintenance. Solid knowledge of industrial mechanics (mandatory requirement). A versatile, autonomous, and solution-oriented profile. An initiative-driven individual with manual dexterity and a problem-solving orientation. Ability to assume responsibility and progress toward a leadership position. Knowledge of industrial electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics will be considered an asset. What do we offer?
