The selected candidate will join our flagship project for the **Catalan Public Administration**, collaborating at the main infrastructure control center. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** '\- Acting as backup for the service manager '\- Leading CABs (Change Advisory Boards) '\- Leading crisis situations related to incident/change management. '\- Coordinating and updating calendars of major changes presented to clients and suppliers '\- Monitoring process indicators '\- Tracking team tasks and reporting to client managers '\- Defining and monitoring the implementation of process management tasks (incidents/changes/problems) **Qualifications** ------------------ **We don’t seek perfection—but we’d love it if you had…** '\- General technical knowledge of infrastructures and applications, enabling you to understand and lead CABs. These are meetings where risks associated with infrastructure changes (e.g., communications, infrastructure, security, etc.) and application deployments across different environments are assessed. '\- Leadership and proactivity, to effectively follow up on tasks performed by other team members while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
