Participates in assessing application system integrations and offers input on practical and efficient ways to address requirements. Supports the design, development, and rollout of application solutions in collaboration with the team. Engages with colleagues to explore and assess emerging technologies and related costs, and offers recommendations to strengthen existing or planned solutions. Development and QA Support Supports the preparation and periodic updating of specifications and user documentation, following established templates and formats. Contributes to the development of data models, databases, and data warehouses, and helps integrate data from multiple sources; assists in the design and execution of ETL processes. Participates in maintaining, updating, and improving existing user systems; helps troubleshoot issues and provides ongoing user and technical support, including performance monitoring and issue resolution. Collaborates in deploying workflows and online services (e.g., Azure and Power Platform) to support applications deployment, where applicable. Engages in unit, integration, and regression testing by applying defined business cases and testing scenarios; supports users during acceptance testing. Documentation and Training Support Contributes to preparing technical and user documentation; helps familiarize supporting staff or developers with assigned systems; supports identifying potential risks and collaborates on mitigation and recovery measures. Participates in planning for system sustainability and redundancy; shares relevant knowledge and ensures smooth handover of information to designated staff.
