At Estel, experts in comprehensive installations for the high-end hotel and residential sectors, we are seeking an **HVAC Supervisor (SAT)** to lead our team of boiler and HVAC/refrigeration technicians in Palma de Mallorca. **What will be your mission?** Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work on mechanical installations (boilers, HVAC), lead the team of technicians, and ensure service quality, deadlines, and safety. **What will you be involved in?** * Daily planning and coordination of the boiler and HVAC technician team. * Technical supervision of maintenance, breakdown, and repair work at client installations. * Quality control of interventions and adherence to deadlines. * Management of materials and spare parts required for each intervention. * Resolution of complex technical incidents and direct on-site support to the field team. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations in all interventions. * Coordination with the maintenance department and clients. **What are we looking for?** * Training in HVAC and heating or refrigeration installations. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance, including team leadership experience. * RITE installer license (or equivalent) and certification for handling fluorinated gases. * Class B driver’s license. * Residence in Mallorca (mandatory). **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Integration into an established team working on high-end projects in the hotel and residential sectors. * Professional development within the company. * Integration into a multidisciplinary team.
