Preventive and corrective maintenance is also carried out on electrical and thermal installations, plumbing and sanitation inspections, and corrective maintenance on other technical installations. This position is based in Madrid, with a full-time schedule of eight hours per day from Monday to Friday, during the morning shift between 07:00 and 19:00, including legally mandated breaks. RITE installer/maintainer license. F-gas handler license. Proven prior experience in comprehensive installation and maintenance of facilities. Basic computer literacy (user level). Driver's license (mandatory). * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Proficient spoken and written Spanish. * Vocational training. \-Completed ESO.
