Job Summary: Performing preventive, corrective maintenance and hygiene procedures on thermal, electrical, plumbing and sanitation installations. Key Points: 1. Comprehensive facility maintenance 2. Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday 3. Morning shift Performing preventive, corrective maintenance and hygiene procedures on thermal installations. Preventive and corrective maintenance is also carried out on electrical and thermal installations, plumbing and sanitation inspections, and corrective maintenance of other technical installations. This position is based in Madrid, with a full-time schedule of eight hours per day from Monday to Friday, during the morning shift between 07:00 and 19:00, including legally mandated breaks. RITE Installer/Maintainer Certificate. Certificate for handling fluorinated gases. Proven prior experience in comprehensive installation and maintenance of facilities. Basic user-level office software proficiency. Driver's license (mandatory). * Proximity of residence to workplace is desirable. Proficient spoken and written Spanish. * Vocational Training. \-Completed ESO.
