Our motto is “I am who I want to be.” We are looking for a person with a sales profile to join our delegation in Girona. Their main mission will be to attract companies and establish alliances and collaborations to promote the sale of customized services to businesses, as well as the labor insertion of participants in our programs. Their activities will involve understanding and analyzing the local labor market to identify employment opportunities, sectoral trends, hiring needs, and corporate requirements regarding training or guidance, etc. Their main responsibilities will be: \- Information, initial reception, and orientation. Informing and advising interested users and/or companies about the Foundation’s services, programs, and resources—especially those related to labor insertion and collaboration with the business community. \- Management of collaborations and communication. Sending updated information on new programs, grants, and services that may benefit companies. Managing job offers and coordinating with companies to facilitate the labor insertion of candidate participants. \- Prospecting and attracting companies. Contacting and visiting local companies to inform them about the entity’s services and explore collaboration opportunities. Retaining collaborating companies and expanding their involvement in the Foundation’s programs. \- Management of internships and insertion processes. Managing internship processes and labor insertion processes for participants in the Foundation’s programs. Managing information and documentation related to prospecting activities, following the entity’s procedures and IT tools (GIA, Conforcat, QBID, Microsoft Dynamics). \- Quality and continuous improvement. Participating in team meetings and service improvement processes. Conducting ongoing follow-up and evaluation of programs to ensure their quality and impact. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Catalan (spoken: Advanced, written: Advanced) * Spanish (spoken: Advanced, written: Advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Personal: Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Strong results-oriented mindset.
