Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced maintenance manager with facility expertise, capable of leading their department and performing diverse repair and control tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to lead the maintenance department. 2. Experience in facility maintenance. 3. Various tasks related to repair, control, and prevention. We are looking for a maintenance manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should reside in Girona city or its surrounding areas and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in facility maintenance, as well as the ability to lead their department. Experience in the hotel sector is considered an advantage. Responsibilities include those typical of the role: repairs, inspections, cleaning, disinfection, preventive maintenance, preparing event halls, scheduling tasks, tracking malfunctions, etc. We offer a full-time employment contract.
