Job Description We seek to hire an experienced heavy equipment operator for various projects located in Segovia and surrounding areas. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery for excavation, loading, and land grading tasks. Machinery to Operate Mini-excavators Backhoe loaders Loaders Wheel loaders Main Responsibilities Safe and efficient operation of construction machinery Excavation, stripping, and land grading Loading materials (soil, aggregates, debris) Supporting earthmoving operations Basic machinery maintenance Compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention (PRL) Requirements Proficiency in operating backhoe loaders and wheel loaders Valid driver’s license (Class B mandatory) PRL training (earthmoving or construction) Responsibility and autonomy on site Preferred Qualifications Experience in civil engineering or similar projects Familiarity with various types of machinery Residence in Segovia or nearby areas Immediate availability Conditions Full-time position Salary according to collective agreement (negotiable based on experience) Possibility of an indefinite-term contract Good working environment Project continuity in the region Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
