Continuous training and professional growth At Grupo bulbiza, we aim to hire an experienced, leadership-oriented, and customer-focused Head Waitress to coordinate daily service and guarantee an outstanding experience. Main Responsibilities: - Organization and coordination of the front-of-house team during service - Supervision of setup, service, and closing procedures - Customer service and incident resolution - Staff training and mentoring - Support in shift planning and scheduling control - Coordination with kitchen and management - Operation of POS systems, cash closing, and cash reconciliation - Reservation management and follow-up Requirements: - Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Head Waitress or Head of Service - Leadership ability and decision-making skills - Excellent customer interaction skills - Proficiency in tray handling and POS systems - Basic English proficiency is desirable - Availability to work weekends Offer: - Contract type: Permanent - Working hours: Full-time - Salary: €1600 net - Two days off per week - Continuous training and real opportunities for career advancement - Positive work environment and stable project - Application: Send your CV indicating “Head Waitress” to people@bulbiza.com or apply via our portal. - Position type: Full-time, Permanent contract - Work location: On-site employment
