Position Summary: Coordination and supervision of quality control, inspection of construction works, collaboration with the Construction Management Team, coordination of technical teams, and monitoring of construction plans and budgets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of quality control in municipal construction projects 2. Inspection of construction works to identify issues related to progress schedules, construction processes, quality standards, etc., and in general all aspects affecting construction safety and quality 3. Collaborate with and advise the Construction Management Team in resolving problems that may arise during project implementation. Coordinate coordination efforts among all technical teams assigned to the construction projects. Continuous monitoring of the approved construction plan, tracking deviations, and providing timely reports to the Construction Management Team. Economic monitoring of construction projects, including monthly budget forecasting, tracking potential deviations, and providing timely reports to the Construction Management Team.
