Job Summary: We are seeking a Haute Couture Tailor to perform alterations on dresses, provide fitting room support, and assist in organizing the workshop, ensuring quality. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality and problem resolution CLARÁ GROUP is looking for a Haute Couture Tailor with extensive expertise in haute couture for its Rosa Clará workshop in Girona. **Responsibilities:** * Perform marked alterations on dresses within established timeframes. * Support stylists in the fitting room by inspecting and verifying dresses received from central distribution to ensure compliance with established quality requirements. * Collaborate with the workshop manager or store director to organize timely alterations. * Carry out ironing tasks. * Inspect and prepare deliveries. **Requirements:** * Extensive experience in sewing and operation of all necessary machinery and tools (flatbed machine\- overlocker/edge-stitcher \- overlock). * Ability to alter, attach, and/or replace all types of trimmings (buttons, zippers, boning, etc.). * Education: pattern making and garment construction. * Prior experience in bridal wear, evening gowns, or similar fields is desirable. * Responsible, solution-oriented, and quality-focused individual. * Availability to work a 40-hour weekly schedule. **We Offer:** * Rosa Clará Benefits Club * Flexible compensation plan.
