Our team in Spain is seeking a Health & Safety Assistant – Asistente de seguridad y salud – to join a project in **Zaragoza/Huesca**. The position is a permanent contract with ERM. As an H&S Assistant, you ensure the Health & Safety Coordinator has sufficient availability to supervise facilities, guarantee compliance with applicable regulations therein, and, upon client request, provide support in access management as well as ensure that the client’s rules are respected and implemented throughout the duration of the project across various facilities (to the extent reasonably possible). **Key responsibilities include:** * Maintaining the CAE (CTAIMA) platform up to date to ensure that suppliers and scheduled workers are authorized to enter the facilities in a timely manner. * Acting as the liaison between the client, suppliers and contractors, CTAIMA, and the ERM H&S team to resolve platform-related issues promptly (e.g., document uploads, incorrect documents, software issues, etc.). * Conducting periodic on-site CAE audits to verify that workers possess the required documentation and competencies for their assigned tasks. * Managing daily access control matters at the facilities when necessary. * Supporting Health & Safety Coordinators with any other administrative tasks related to construction activities (e.g., preparing presentations, reports, materials). **Your ideal profile:** * Administrative experience * Experience in construction projects * Administration of health and safety experience is highly valued * Fluency in Spanish * Valid driver’s license #LI-FF1 ⠀ ERM is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive, it’s an essential part of what makes ERM a great place to build a career and helps us create better solutions for our clients.
