Requirements * Qualification: Specific qualification not mandatory; training in hospitality/culinary arts is valued * Valued: Passion for gastronomy. Prior experience in charcoal grilling and open-fire cooking Knowledge of local and seasonal produce Autonomy and organizational ability in a small kitchen Interest in Catalan mountain cuisine * Requirements: Charcoal-grill specialist chef for a mountain gastrobar in Rupit i Pruit (Osona).
