An active role in improving operational efficiency and sustainability. **Description:** ---------------- Description At Grupo Térvalis, we seek to hire a Service Manager for outsourced services in industrial environments (industrial cleaning, auxiliary services, and maintenance) to lead and develop our project in the Huelva area. We are looking for a candidate with experience managing services in industrial settings, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset, who wishes to assume a key role in the business’s growth and consolidation in this region. The selected candidate will be responsible for the operational management of services, team coordination, and identification of new development opportunities among current and potential clients. **Some of your responsibilities and challenges as part of our team will include:** * Managing and supervising outsourced services in the region, ensuring compliance with quality standards, budget, and customer satisfaction. * Service organization: scheduling shifts and work rosters, implementing operational methodologies, and monitoring activities. * Identifying business opportunities in the region by detecting needs among current and potential clients. * Participating in data collection processes and preparing proposals for new service opportunities in coordination with the technical department. * Selecting, training, motivating, and supervising the operations team, ensuring proper service delivery and compliance with safety regulations and PPE usage. **Commitment to Sustainability** **Help us contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 8, 9, and 15\.** **As a Service Manager, you will play an active role in improving operational efficiency, promoting practices that support responsible resource use and contribute to sustainable business development.** **What We Offer** * Joining a company in full growth. * Salary commensurate with experience. * Professional development and active participation in the business’s regional growth. **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Business Administration, Technical Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and personal vehicle. * Commitment, teamwork ability, initiative, and problem-solving skills will be highly valued.
