We grow together with you. **Requirements** -------------- In this role, you will be directly responsible for the **design, operation, and continuous evolution of the GCP infrastructure** assigned to the product team. Your daily responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining infrastructure-as-code using **Terraform** (via centralized modules and pipelines), as well as building, automating, and optimizing **CI/CD pipelines in GitLab**, ensuring agile and efficient application deployments. Additionally, you will manage **Kubernetes resources and Helm releases** end-to-end, ensuring proper integration of key system components (such as networks, VPCs, DNS, and logs) under **strict default security standards** (secret management, IAM, TLS, and policies). You will also provide support for daily operations, including incident resolution and performance analysis, in **close collaboration with the central platform team**, aligning strategies and sharing best practices. #### **Required** * 3–5 years of experience in **DevOps or cloud environments**. * In-depth knowledge of **GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, IAM, VPC, DNS, Load Balancing, SecretManager)** and production experience with **Terraform (modular repositories, environments, Plan/Apply in CI/CD)**. * Solid understanding of **Kubernetes (Networking, Ingress, RBAC, Operators, Storage)**. * Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines with **GitLab**. * Scripting experience **(Shell, Bash**; Golang is a plus). * Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., **Datadog, GCP Monitoring/Logging**). * **C1-level English or higher**. * Availability for on-call duties. * Current residence and work permit in Spain. #### **Desirable** * Experience with GitOps tools (Flux, Flagger). * Knowledge of Helm/Kustomize. * Experience with SRE practices (SLOs, SLIs, Error Budgets). * Basic knowledge of FinOps or cost optimization. * Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (CIS Benchmarks, PolicyController). ### **Get to know us in the following video** **Equal Employment Opportunity** At CONVOTIS Iberia, we are firmly committed to equal employment opportunity, ensuring an inclusive and respectful environment for all individuals — regardless of race, nationality, ethnicity, skin color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
