The position focuses on essential logistics tasks within a food warehouse. Under the supervision of the section manager, the hired person will be responsible for organizing the warehouse to optimize space utilization and facilitate product location. They will also handle order loading and unloading, carefully managing goods while adhering to safety protocols. Daily operation of the forklift will be key to moving materials and pallets throughout the facility. Additionally, the role includes emptying waste bins and maintaining cleanliness and order in the assigned work area, contributing to a safe working environment. Basic proficiency with tools such as Excel is required for inventory control or simple record-keeping. This role is fundamental to ensuring smooth operation of the logistics chain; therefore, a proactive and careful attitude is required to support daily warehouse operations. Applicants must reside in the Milagro area and its surroundings. Prior experience of at least one year in the food sector—or specifically in the meat industry—is preferred. Experience operating forklifts will also be considered an advantage. A positive attitude and demonstrated willingness to learn new tasks and processes are essential. Minimum educational requirement is completion of primary education. Having personal transportation for commuting is valued.
