**Positions Available** ---------------------- 5 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 5 Foremen/Forewomen \- Construction Works in Cáceres. **Workplace** -------------------- * Cáceres **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize construction site activities according to instructions from the site manager. * Supervise construction work execution, including measurements, performance calculations, and material control. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the safety plan. * Monitor implementation of the management plan (quality). * Personnel and machinery supervision and coordination tasks on site. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by passing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional details from the curriculum vitae, whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (Bachiller), Pre-University Course (BUP), University Orientation Course (COU), or Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle (FPI) or Higher-Level Vocational Training Cycle (FPII) qualification (officially recognized in Spain or accompanied by an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid and current Spanish driving license type B (to be attached) **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited basic-level Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course (60 hours) (to be certified and specified in CV) ### **Previous Experience** * Between 9 months and 2 years performing duties as a construction foreman (to be verified via Employment History Record and/or a job functions certificate, and specified in CV) * Between 9 months and 2 years of experience in public sector companies or Public Administration (to be verified via Employment History Record and/or a job functions certificate, and specified in CV) * Between 9 months and 2 years of experience organizing construction site activities (to be verified via Employment History Record and/or a job functions certificate, and specified in CV) * Between 9 months and 2 years of experience managing work teams (to be verified via Employment History Record and/or a job functions certificate, and specified in CV) **Observations** ----------------- * A fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months is offered, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 12 months, if applicable. + Full-time working schedule.
