We are looking for a **First-Class Technician** with experience in renovations and rehabilitations to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out and supervising construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation works, ensuring quality and safety on every project. **Main Responsibilities** * Execution of renovation and rehabilitation works according to plans and specifications. * Supervision and coordination of smaller work teams (when necessary). * Preparation and handling of materials and tools required for tasks. * Ensuring compliance with on-site safety and quality standards. * Collaborating with the site manager in planning activities and execution timelines. * Others. **Requirements** * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in similar roles. * **Driver's license** (desirable). * Knowledge of construction techniques, renovations, installations, and finishes. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and autonomy in task execution. * Commitment to workplace safety and quality. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract and competitive conditions. * Integration into a professional and dynamic team. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Availability for immediate start in the position.
