Ability to solve problems autonomously We are seeking a first-class bricklayer to work in Vegas del Genil. Main responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and marking measurements on-site, preparing and applying various materials such as mortars, concrete, and pastes. Tasks include constructing walls using different materials, as well as performing plastering, rendering, and tiling. The role also involves laying floor coverings and pavements, cutting grooves for installations, and performing basic work with plaster and plasterboard. Prior experience in urban development construction and strong proficiency in measurement and construction tools—including spirit levels, plumb lines, set squares, tape measures, angle grinders, and ceramic cutters—are essential. Knowledge of material calculation, leveling and precise alignment, as well as operation of concrete mixers, basic scaffolding, and power tools will be valued. Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and familiarity with basic safety regulations—including working at height—are required. The selected candidate must maintain order and cleanliness on site, organize laborers’ work, supervise proper task execution, and independently resolve problems. A temporary employment contract is offered, with an estimated duration of 190 days. Working hours are full-time, with a fixed schedule and a monthly salary of 1\.800 euros.
