Purpose of the Role As part of FP\&A, the Finance Business Partner for Central Services is responsible for partnering with the People, Labour Relations and Corporate Directorates to support strategic and operational decision\-making through financial planning, analysis and business insight. The role provides financial leadership across the full planning cycle, ensuring robust forecasting, budgeting and performance management while challenging business decisions, identifying opportunities and supporting the delivery of Iberia's strategic objectives. Key Milestones \& Challenges FP\&A challenges are related to: * Providing useful data faster and adding more value to drive better business decisions. * CAPEX and OPEX optimization. Challenging the organization to allocate limited resources to the most profitable projects or initiatives. * Managing uncertainty to provide sound insights without having 100% of the information required to make decisions. * Helping produce new and relevant insights. * Acting as a facilitator for complex analysis. * Extracting value from technology (Common Finance System). * Providing a consistent and unified view of data. * Liaising with other areas of the IAG group to extract the expected value from implementing a group strategy. Accountabilities * Monitor KPIs and make recommendations to close gaps or strengthen advantages. * Monthly reporting to provide insights to the Directorate. * Participate in organization- and group-wide projects with significant impact. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze, develop and implement business needs. * Deliver high-quality performance analysis of financial statements. * Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis and data to support the management decision-making process. * Promote a data-driven culture within the company. Education, Skills \& Experience * Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration * Master’s in Finance or MBA is desirable * Strong and effective PowerPoint skills are mandatory. * SAP technical knowledge. * Familiarity with Power BI. * Excellent communication skills. * Autonomous and proactive. * Ability to interact and maintain effective business relationships. * Fluent in written and spoken English. * Solid Excel and database skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Financial acumen. * Change management skills. * Cost reduction mindset. Experience * 3\-5 years of Business/Financial Analysis. * Airline experience is desirable. * Consulting experience is desirable.
