Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to operate and maintain furnaces in an industrial setting, monitoring production processes and performing basic repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Immediate hiring 2. Tasks include cleaning and performing basic maintenance of facilities, monitoring and controlling production furnaces, lubricating machinery, assisting with minor repairs, and overseeing production processes to detect anomalies. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with rotating 24-hour shifts, immediate hiring, and salary according to the Collective Agreement for the Chemical Industry (Group II), with direct employment by the company. The position is based in an established industrial environment, offering favorable working conditions and workplace safety. * Prior experience in industrial production or similar environments. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training for forklifts (mandatory). * Training in working at heights is desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Responsible, committed individual with ability to work effectively in a team. * Personal vehicle required for commuting to the workplace in Huétor Santillán (Granada)
