Job Summary: Daily management of tasks on the extrusion line, machine parameter monitoring, quality control, and final packaging in an industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Online extrusion line task management 2. Machine parameter monitoring and adjustment 3. Quality control and packaging The job involves managing daily tasks on the extrusion line within an industrial plant in Castellar del Vallès. The primary responsibility is to continuously feed machinery to ensure uninterrupted production. Additionally, the role includes monitoring machine parameters and adjusting controls to ensure proper and planned operation. Periodic quality checks must be performed on the final product, segregating or correcting any items that fail to meet standards. Furthermore, final packaging must be carried out in an orderly and secure manner for storage. The position is full-time with rotating shifts. Compliance with safety protocols and maintaining effective communication with colleagues are required to ensure consistent manufacturing pace. Immediate and full-time availability. Ability to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Prior experience of at least one year performing duties in industrial extrusion environments is preferred. A personal vehicle is required for commuting to the workplace. A proactive attitude, responsibility in operating machinery, and the ability to follow precise production instructions are essential.
