We work to drive the transition toward a more sustainable world, helping organizations, public administrations, and communities integrate environmental and social criteria into their activities and decision-making processes. Therefore, we design and coordinate educational programs and outreach projects aimed at promoting sustainable habits, citizen participation, and environmental awareness. We are looking for environmental educators to facilitate and deliver educational activities related to environmental topics across the Barcelona metropolitan area, supporting learning, awareness-raising, and participation among the program’s diverse target groups. *This position is contingent upon the final resolution and awarding of a public tender.* **Where will you work?** **In the Barcelona metropolitan area**. Work will take place across various educational centers and other spaces in municipalities within the Barcelona metropolitan area (parks, gardens, coastal zones, etc.). **What type of contract do we offer?** Permanent* **Start Date:** October 2026\. * **Contract Duration:** Potential long-term project (up to 4 years). **What will your working schedule be?** We are seeking **2 full-time and 3 part-time staff members.** * Full-time hours will be **Monday to Friday during school hours (8:00–17:00).** Occasional weekend activities may be required. **What will your salary be?** The annual gross full-time salary is **23\.584,90€.** Complementary paid hours may be arranged if needed.### **What will be your duties and responsibilities?** Your **key tasks** and responsibilities will include:* Facilitating and adapting educational activities. * Logistical preparation of activities and educational materials. * Reviewing and updating educational scripts and resources. * Collecting participation and quality indicators. * Reporting incidents and proposing improvements. * Coordinating with participants and supporting program outreach activities. ### **Who are we looking for?** To successfully undertake this new challenge, we seek individuals who bring the following knowledge, experience, and competencies to our team. Keep reading to see whether your profile matches what our team needs! **Profile Requirements:** * Degree, bachelor’s degree, diploma, or higher vocational training (CFGS) in environmental fields, biology, geography, physics, chemistry, environmental education, or other related disciplines in science, environment, or environmental education. * **Minimum experience:** Candidates must demonstrate experience delivering environmental education activities in the field of **energy**, justifiable through participation in **a minimum of 30 educational activities in these areas.** * **Educators for bicycle-based activities:** At least two team members must hold training and experience in the 1bici\+ methodology for delivering bicycle-based educational activities. **Additional qualifications and other desirable requirements:*** Additional official university degrees (bachelor’s, master’s, official postgraduate, doctorate) and specialized or postgraduate courses of at least 20 hours delivered by universities, professional schools, or accredited institutions. * **Catalan (C1\)** and **English (B2\-C1\)** proficiency, sufficient to lead activities. * Official certification of additional languages (minimum B2\ level). * Valid Class B driving license. * Residency in Barcelona or surrounding areas is an advantage. ### **What does it mean to work at Anthesis?** It means joining a **B Corp™** consultancy where sustainability is not just a word, but a daily action.
