The Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales activity for Iberia MRO with a specific focus on Engines. He / she reports directly to the MRO Commercial Director and is responsible for delivering allocated sales targets (Order Intake and Revenue Targets), driving sales performance, and identifying new opportunities. Apart from direct sales responsibility, this role will contribute to the further commercialization of the Iberia MRO Engines Business Unit. Developing excellent B2B relationships with new and existing customers and other relevant stakeholders is one of the main requirements of this role. * The Sales Manager will be responsible for securing Engine repair revenues in accordance with Business Plan targets. * The Sales Manager will coach the Business Unit on market and customer dynamics and expectations. Vice versa, the Sales Manager will represent Iberia MRO's interests in the market. * The Sales Manager will take a lead role in supporting the Business Unit with further development of support infrastructure to ensure business success and customer satisfaction. **Qualifications** * University Bachelor's Degree (Required).
