Bell Resguard Residence offers a home for elderly people, providing a warm, family-like atmosphere right on the seafront. We are a well-adapted and organized center catering to independent, dependent, bedridden individuals, and also feature a psychogeriatric unit. **Your responsibilities:** We are seeking a nurse for our residence. Your duties will include: ∙ In certain situations—and always when required by the company—this professional may assume coordination and supervision responsibilities for care services outlined in the Care and User Support Plan, provided such tasks fall within their functional scope. ∙ Monitor and attend to users’ general human and healthcare needs, especially when such support is required. ∙ Prepare and administer medications according to medical prescriptions, particularly treatments. ∙ Measure blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. ∙ Collaborate with medical staff by preparing required materials and medications. ∙ Organize clinical records and document data relevant to your specific duties. ∙ Attend to bedridden users due to illness, performing prescribed positional changes, overseeing meal service to patients, and directly administering food to those requiring instrumental assistance (e.g., nasogastric tube, gastric tube, etc.). ∙ Care for and clean the adhesive and stoma of colostomized users. ∙ Monitor users’ personal hygiene, as well as medications and food stored in their rooms. ∙ Address healthcare needs of center staff, within your professional competence. ∙ Collaborate with physiotherapists in activities compatible with your nursing qualification, whenever your specific duties allow. ∙ Place pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology orders at centers lacking specialists. ∙ Supervise and ensure proper execution of physical interventions ordered by medical staff, observing any incidents arising during implementation. **We offer:** \- Contract type: Permanent \- Working hours: 40 hours/week \- Schedule: Alternating long and short weeks, from 8:00 to 20:00, with corresponding breaks. \- Salary per collective agreement: €1,500 net monthly, paid in 14 installments. **Requirements:** \- Qualification: Nursing Diploma. \- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, although not mandatory. \- Full availability to work weekends is essential.
