They seek to hire a **Site Manager** with a versatile profile to lead project execution across the province of Toledo (primarily there, but also throughout the Castilla-La Mancha region). The ideal candidate must combine substantial experience in **civil works/building construction**, and be capable of autonomous and leadership-driven on-site supervision. **Key Responsibilities:** * **On-site Management:** Daily organization and planning of work, task assignment to in-house teams, and coordination of subcontractors. * **Technical Supervision:** Oversee daily construction activities and resolve technical issues promptly. * **Logistics and Materials:** Field layout/surveying, supply control, and management of warehouse inflows/outflows at the site. * **Safety and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL):** Ensure strict compliance with safety and health regulations, acting as a Preventive Resource. * **Reporting:** Direct coordination with the Site Manager to monitor scheduling and resolve technical issues. Requirements * **Education:** Technical Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years leading building construction projects (residential, industrial sheds, or commercial). * **Operational Skills:** Demonstrable experience in field layout/surveying and material execution control. * **Prevention:** Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course of **60 hours** (Preventive Resource). * **IT Skills:** Proficiency in measurement tools (Presto) and design software (AutoCAD). * **Mobility:** Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to work across the Castilla\-La Mancha region.
