**Job Requirements** **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to the Infrastructure Directorate. * Draft technical reports and consultancy documents related to electrical and special installations. * Draft technical reports and consultancy documents related to mechanical installations and fire protection systems (PCI). * Draft and sign preliminary designs, basic projects, and execution projects for electrical and special installations. * Draft and sign preliminary designs, basic projects, and execution projects for mechanical installations and fire protection systems (PCI). * Draft and sign rehabilitation projects for electrical and special installations. * Draft and sign rehabilitation projects for mechanical installations and fire protection systems (PCI). * Review technical documentation and projects concerning electrical and special installations, applying mandatory regulatory standards and specific regulations applicable to each relevant authority. * Review technical documentation and projects concerning mechanical installations and fire protection systems (PCI), applying mandatory regulatory standards and specific regulations applicable to each relevant authority. * Prepare technical documentation for installation, repair, adaptation, or rehabilitation of defense infrastructure. * Provide consultancy and draft preliminary designs, basic projects, and execution projects for electrical and special installations in data centers (CPD). * Provide consultancy and draft preliminary designs, basic projects, and execution projects for mechanical installations and fire protection systems (PCI) in data centers (CPD). * Provide technical support to construction management teams for installations. * Construction management for installations. * Occupational health and safety coordination. * Preparation of technical specifications. * BIM modeling and advanced BIM knowledge. **Work Experience** **Minimum and Mandatory Requirements** **Qualifications** * Degree in Industrial Engineering (Official State Gazette BOE A\-2009\-2740\) or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering plus University Master’s in Industrial Engineering (Professional qualification as Industrial Engineer, Official State Gazette BOE A\-2009\-2740\). **Minimum required: Meces Level 3** **Experience** * Experience performing the stated responsibilities (including experience in drafting and signing projects, construction management and execution, occupational health and safety coordination, technical supervision and project monitoring; experience in design, calculation, and maintenance of electrical and lighting installations; preparation of budgets, certifications, and technical documentation; as well as energy and sustainability certifications. Proficiency in CYPE, Arquímedes, AutoCAD, and Revit software). **Minimum required: 8 years** **Training** * Specific training in BIM methodology and modeling for construction. **Minimum required: 100 contact hours** **Desirable/Additional Requirements** * Experience performing the stated responsibilities (including experience in drafting and signing projects, construction management and execution, occupational health and safety coordination, technical supervision and project monitoring; experience in design, calculation, and maintenance of electrical and lighting installations; preparation of budgets, certifications, and technical documentation; as well as energy and sustainability certifications. Proficiency in CYPE, Arquímedes, AutoCAD, and Revit software). **Desirable: 18 years** * Experience in execution projects, up to a maximum of FOUR (4\), serving as Electrical Technical Engineer on projects governed by Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts. **Desirable: 4 projects** Training in BIM methodology and modeling for execution projects in construction. **Desirable: 350 hours**
