Objective
We are seeking candidates holding a degree in Social Integration or Social Education, with at least two years of experience working with minors under protection and at risk of social exclusion.
Immediate availability for incorporation is required.
**Contract:** Immediate incorporation to cover positions until year-end.

**Schedule:** Various shifts including day, evening, and night shifts; work is scheduled Monday through Sunday.
**Location:** Across our residential care homes located throughout the Community of Madrid.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Serve as a trusted reference figure for children, adolescents, and their families, as well as for other professionals involved in interventions, ensuring humane and professional treatment that meets their needs and supports recovery from past harm.
* Provide direct care, supervision, guidance, professional judgment, and support to children and adolescents, safeguarding their rights and ensuring compliance with legal regulations on Child and Adolescent Protection.
* Listen attentively, assess needs, facilitate access to resources, provide emotional support and reassurance to minors, channel their impulses constructively, and offer calming presence in all situations causing them concern or anxiety—including academic matters and leisure-related activities—while supplying relevant information and pathways to learning.
* Promote children’s and adolescents’ understanding of their personal and family identity as foundational to healthy development, encouraging beneficial relationships and contacts, and ensuring their realization.
* Collaborate and coordinate educational tasks with the full multidisciplinary team supporting each minor, establishing measurable, operational goals across all developmental domains.
**Profile Requirements:**
* Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education or a qualification in Social Integration.
* Reside in Madrid.
* Training in Gender Equality and Positive Treatment will be valued.
* Minimum two years of professional experience working with minors.
