Position Summary: Oversee and coordinate operational departments (Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality) to ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the optimization of processes and supply chain. 2. Manage international teams and operations with a focus on quality. 3. Implement continuous improvement and integrate technological tools. Focuses on supervising and coordinating all operational departments: Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and back office. The goal is to ensure processes operate efficiently while meeting local and international quality standards. This involves continuously improving workflow, optimizing the supply chain, and managing warehouse procedures to reduce costs and increase productivity. Among the main responsibilities is organizing work teams, with special attention to Quality and procurement. It is essential to ensure activities are completed on time and within deadlines, fostering a collaborative environment. International operations are also supervised to comply with regulations and maintain smooth cross-border operations. The position requires a focus on continuous improvement—evaluating operational methods and systems—and integrating technological tools to support decision-making. Coordination across departments is critical to avoid bottlenecks and achieve synergy. All this contributes to efficiency, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth in a competitive environment. Candidates must have proven experience in operations management or supply chain management, preferably oriented toward logistics and procurement rather than production. In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and quality management is mandatory, as well as proficiency with tools such as Power BI and JDA. Team management experience is fundamental for this role. Prior experience in an industrial company of similar size, familiarity with the industrial sector, and experience handling international procedures and clients will be considered advantageous.
