Reporting to the Operations Director, you will **coordinate, manage, and supervise our construction projects**, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments. More specifically, your main responsibilities will include: * **Defining methods**, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), and **anticipating technical constraints**, * **Managing project execution and coordinating on\-site operations**, monitoring technical progress, budget, and **scheduling**, * **Supervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors**, * Ensuring contractual and regulatory follow\-up (**change orders, technical approvals**, compliance with standards, organizing handovers), * **Leading site meeting**s and serving as the liaison with partners, * Ensuring **compliance with HSE rules**. **Profile** ----------- With an electrical, mechanical or civil engineering degree, you have at least **10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi\-disciplinary industrial building projects.** Recognized for your **leadership** and strong interpersonal skills, you combine **diplomacy, rigor,** and a **service\-oriented mindset** and have developed **proficiency in Spanish and English**.
