**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking a **DIRECTOR/A DE CALIDAD** for an important pharmaceutical company located in Navarra. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Ensure that all products, processes, and systems meet the highest quality standards. * Guarantee and supervise compliance with the company's quality milestones. * Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with international quality and safety regulations. * Manage, lead, and organize quality teams. * Prepare, coordinate, and defend audits (internal and external). **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Full-time work on Fridays and during summer. * 26 days of vacation per year. * Other benefits. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * Essential university degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or similar. * Essential more than 10 years of experience in leadership roles within quality departments in the Pharma industry, managing large teams. * Essential knowledge and experience working with GMP, FDA, EMA, and other regulations. * Essential English level C1.
