Autocares Sánchez Ortuño is seeking to hire a Traffic Director to coordinate and supervise the company's daily operations. **Main Responsibilities** Daily planning and organization of routes, services, and available resources. Coordination of the driver team and monitoring of operational activities. Efficient allocation of vehicles, shifts, and services. Monitoring compliance with schedules, applicable regulations, and service quality standards. Management and resolution of operational incidents. Direct communication with customers, drivers, suppliers, and other company departments. Monitoring fleet availability and coordination with maintenance. Supporting internal process improvement and optimization of traffic organization. **Requirements** Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions within the transportation sector. Organizational ability and experience in planning services, routes, and teams. Interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and capacity to manage teams. Problem-solving profile, highly organized, and goal-oriented. Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage operational incidents. Knowledge of the transportation sector’s operations, basic applicable regulations, and service operational requirements. **Preferred Qualifications** Previous experience in bus companies or in discretionary, school, urban, or interurban transportation.
