We are seeking a person to assume leadership and coordination of the maintenance department in a company operating in the horticultural and fruit-vegetable sector, headquartered in Alhama de Murcia. The primary mission is to ensure equipment operates in an organized manner and remains aligned with production by establishing priorities and unifying criteria to facilitate collaboration among supervisors. In addition to technical management, candidates with a profile oriented toward people management, planning, and problem-solving are highly valued. It will be essential to anticipate needs, identify improvements, and resolve complex situations, acting as a liaison between departments and senior management to provide a holistic perspective that supports decision-making. Key responsibilities include planning and supervising maintenance of packaging plants and farms, leading supervisors, standardizing procedures, managing suppliers, ensuring occupational safety, and promoting technical training for teams, while working cross-functionally with other departments.
