Are you looking for a job where every day is a fun and different experience? **What will you do daily?** **Staff Management:** recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and supervision of the sales team and other store employees. **Inventory Management:** stock control, order placement, goods receipt and classification, and shelf replenishment. **Customer Service:** ensuring high-quality service, resolving customer issues, and fostering satisfaction. **Store Supervision:** ensuring proper product presentation, cleanliness and orderliness, and correct implementation of merchandising strategy. **Performance Tracking:** analyzing store performance indicators and adjusting strategies to achieve sales targets and other company objectives. **What are we looking for?** Education: Compulsory Secondary Education. Experience: Minimum 3 years managing a store end-to-end. Languages: Intermediate English. Own vehicle and valid driver’s license. High flexibility to work rotating shifts. **What do we offer?** **TEMPORARY** contract with **40** working hours per week, Monday to Sunday, on rotating shifts (with legally mandated rest periods). *Salary range* (including night shift, holiday, and Sunday premiums)*: ***€1,700 \- €1,900/month (gross)*** Opportunities for learning and professional growth within ALE\-HOP!
