We are seeking a professional to lead the cyber defence area, responsible for defining and executing the security operations strategy and roadmap. Responsibilities include leading specialized technical teams focused on detection, protection, and incident response, as well as managing and optimizing cyber defence platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, and EDR/XDR. Coordination of protection efforts for cloud infrastructure, networks, and endpoints is also required, collaborating closely with architecture, IT, and security teams. Critical incident management is essential, including designing response plans, coordinating teams during crises, and conducting root cause analysis to implement improvements. The ideal candidate must have over ten years of experience in cybersecurity, with proven leadership in cyber defence teams and SOC management. Direct experience in incident and crisis response is required, along with solid knowledge of frameworks such as MITRE ATT\&CK and NIST, and the ability to explain complex technical topics to executive leadership. Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or CRISC are highly valued, as is experience in the telecommunications sector. The position offers an indefinite-term, full-time contract.
