Summary: We are seeking an expert in corporate teaching to design, prepare, and deliver group training within the CONSOLIDA'T program. Highlights: 1. Design and delivery of various training modules 2. Development of educational materials with eco-publishing and accessibility principles 3. Coordination and evaluation of training activities We seek a professional expert in corporate teaching for designing, preparing, and delivering group training sessions within the CONSOLIDA'T program. **Main responsibilities** * **Design and delivery** of training modules in areas such as: economic environment, time management, green economy, financial control, grants and subsidies, digital tools (AI), marketing, *Design Thinking*, and *Elevator Pitch*. * **Development of educational materials** (handouts, books, and resources) following eco-publishing and universal accessibility criteria. * **Coordination and evaluation** of training activities, including preparation of outcome reports and technical justification. **Requirements** * **Academic qualification:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Studies, Business Administration, Law, Labor Relations, or related disciplines. For other disciplines, an official Master's degree in Business Administration and Management is additionally required. * **Teaching experience:** Minimum of 500 teaching hours delivering corporate training targeted at self-employed individuals, microenterprises, or small businesses. * **Linguistic competence:** Sufficient knowledge of the Catalan language to conduct training and provide support fluently and appropriately Work location: On-site employment
