We are seeking a cook for a senior residence in Lasarte\-Oria. Candidates must have completed the Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Cooking and Gastronomy or the Professional Certificate in Cooking, along with equivalent qualifications. A food handler's certificate and proven experience in the sector are required. Flexibility in working hours, as well as training in occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental management, are also valued. Responsibilities include organizing and coordinating the kitchen team, preparing and garnishing meals according to the established menu and dietary plans. Supervising orders, assembling meal carts, and maintaining cleanliness of the area are also required. Additional duties include ensuring compliance with hygiene\-sanitation regulations and the HACCP system, as well as implementing procedures related to occupational risk prevention (PRL), quality, and environmental management. This is a temporary position offering full-time employment, with working hours from Monday to Sunday on rotating morning or afternoon shifts, including corresponding breaks.
