The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting meals for a group of 4 to 8 people, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Develop menus and adapted diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. **We offer:** * **2.5-hour daily work schedule.** * **Schedule: mornings from 12:00 to 14:30, Saturdays, Sundays \+ public holidays.** * Salary according to collective agreement: €200 per month \+ €40 for work on public holidays between 12:00 and 14:30. * **Duration: academic year.** * Permanent intermittent contract. * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards its employees’ effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development.
